市场呼吁加快乙二醇期货上市步伐   满足企业避险需求,争夺国际定价话语权      A聚酯产业链低迷   乙二醇难独善其身      伴随着原油价格的“一泻千里”,聚酯产业链相关产品库存贬值严重,企业深陷成本塌陷的泥潭。供应方面,产能扩张步伐不止,产能过剩问题突出;需求方面,内外需乏力,终端纺织行业持续低迷。   “聚酯各环节价格目前报6000―7700元 吨,较去年5月份高点下跌了2000元 吨,且在此位置横盘1个月有余,反弹乏力,一些聚酯企业面临的成本压力加大,生产亏损严重。”东吴期货分析师王广前介绍。   在近期对聚酯产业链市场的走访中记者发现,聚酯企业的经营状况有所分化:短纤企业情况较好,长丝企业差强人意,瓶片企业则不太乐观。过去的一年间,红剑集团和明辉化纤等规模级聚酯企业先后宣布破产,反映出聚酯行业艰难的生存现状。   “当前聚酯行业产能依旧过剩,特别是瓶片领域仍有不少新增装置投产。此外,受国外反倾销等影响,出口难度逐渐加大,东南亚国家纺织业兴起对我国也有一定冲击。”中财期货分析师戚明之称。   在这样的背景下,除了之前已经“跌跌不休”的PTA外,一贯强势的乙二醇(MEG)也难以独善其身。据了解,目前国内近九成的MEG用于和PTA一起合成聚酯,聚酯企业的经营状况势必极大地影响MEG价格的运行。   期货日报记者了解到,截至2月15日,现货市场PTA价格报收在4300元 吨,MEG价格报收在4900元 吨,分别较去年5月份高点下跌1100元 吨和3200元 吨。   在聚酯产业链中,PTA的产能过剩有目共睹,MEG的供需情况与PTA则有所不同。据了解,目前PTA生产运营企业多是民营企业,产能扩张相对容易。而MEG上游原料是乙烯,其在国内的供应主体是“两桶油”,受制于炼油产能的过剩,国内MEG产能扩张步伐相对缓慢。   “这使得供应方的定价话语权较大,作为需求方的聚酯企业则处于被动地位。”不过王广前也表示,MEG在聚酯产业链中的相对强势只能是阶段性的,因为下游聚酯终端需求难有明显起色,MEG自身供应仍处于产能扩张周期中,价格不会脱离整个产业链大环境太久。   同样,在生意社分析师王腾姣看来,MEG难以独善其身,聚酯产业的低迷很快会传导到MEG。    B价格波动大   定价看国外脸色      不论是从短期看还是从长期来看,MEG的一个显著特点是价格波动大。   从2015年全年的数据可以看到,PTA现货均价为4623元 吨,最低值4090元 吨,最高值5300元 吨,极值相对均价的波动范围为26.2%。而MEG现货均价为5994元 吨,最低值4163元 吨,最高值8025元 吨,极值相对均价波动范围达到了65.4%。   采访中记者了解到,MEG的暴涨暴跌与其进口依赖度较高、金融属性较强、投机需求较多不无关系。   据招商期货分析师杨靖介绍,我国MEG进口依存度一直较高,2012年以前维持在70%―80%的水平,近几年随着国内煤制MEG装置的陆续投产,进口依存度小幅下降。   不过,由于生产工艺以及质量稳定性较差,近两年发展迅速的煤制MEG项目也面临开工不足、下游应用受限等问题,国内MEG供应不得不长期依靠进口来满足。2015年我国MEG产量为460万吨,进口量则高达865万吨,进口依存度仍然维持在70%附近的高位。   我国是世界上最大的聚酯生产国,约有90%的MEG都用来生产聚酯,我国也因此成为世界上最大的MEG消费国。但由于国内MEG进口依存度高,而且国内的MEG市场没有形成认可度高的合理价格,国内企业的定价话语权一直较弱。   据杨靖介绍,总体来看,国际上MEG的定价是由合约货价格决定,国际MEG生产企业的合约货销售价格每个月调整一次,参照标准是上个月MEG现货市场的平均售价。国内的MEG定价是中石化[微博]系统月初给一个合同倡导价,月末出一个合同结算价,依据当月的现货价格进行修改。   “由于国内MEG市场没有指导性较强的价格指引,2015年下半年以来纸货违约现象频发,而电子交易市场参与量太小,形成的价格波动剧烈,不具有较强的代表性。”杨靖认为,在国内没有形成明确的价格约束和指引的情况下,国外供应商在定价方面就有更多的话语权。   除了要看国际市场的“脸色”外,国内的MEG市场还少不了受汇率变化对美元货到港排期的影响,更重要的还有违约风险。   据了解,在纸货交易中,卖方一般都会先收取买方部分比例的保证金,但MEG价格波动较大,一旦出现暴涨行情,卖方很容易出现违约行为,不按期发货或不发货,退回保证金,反之,则有买方违约风险。   “目前,MEG市场还没有一个具有较强约束力的交易市场,一旦出现极端行情,违约风险将难以避免。”杨靖如是说。    C避险情绪升温   市场盼乙二醇期货上市      采访中期货日报记者了解到,当前,煤制MEG在聚酯中的应用推广仍然不太顺利,主流的聚酯企业对煤制MEG用量较为有限,对于聚酯工厂来讲,MEG的对外依存度仍然非常高,且短期内没有改善的可能。MEG企业特别是新投产的煤制MEG企业迫切需要避险工具应对MEG价格波动的风险,而大型的MEG贸易商也面临着风险敞口,下游企业由于缺少避险工具,且信息不对称,在采购上同样十分被动。   在这样的背景下,市场呼吁尽快推出MEG期货。   戚明之告诉记者,目前聚酯企业采购原料时,PTA的合约货比例相当高,而MEG的现货比例非常高。考虑到MEG的液体化工特性以及进口依存度高的特点,MEG的价格波动也比PTA大,这给聚酯企业采购原料带来较大的风险。“期货市场最突出的功能就是为生产经营者提供规避价格风险的工具,如果MEG期货能够顺利上市,将有效缓解聚酯以及MEG生产企业的经营风险。”   实际上,近几次产业链调研中,市场上关于MEG期货上市的呼声不绝于耳。   “目前,MEG电子盘较少,部分还存在制度不规范、操作信息不透明等问题,若MEG期货上市,则能有效地避免这一弊端,同时也能提供更多的信用保障,促进MEG价格走势市场化。贸易商和企业则能够通过期货市场进行套期保值,规避现货交易中价格波动带来的风险,锁定生产经营成本,实现预期利润。”王腾娇说。   “此外,期货市场中形成的价格可以真实地反映供求状况,为现货市场提供参考价格,有利于形成一个对国外供应商有指导意义和约束作用的价格标杆,提高国内市场主体的MEG定价权。”杨靖说,作为聚酯产业链上重要的一环,MEG期货的上市将进一步完善产业链品种序列,减小产业链的风险敞口,让相关市场人士发现和交易“合理价格”。   浙江前程石化股份有限公司的MEG销售负责人王述坦言,MEG期货可能会改变整个聚酯市场的格局,公司十分希望MEG期货品种能尽快上市。在他看来,聚酯产业户套保目前只能使用PTA期货,锁定部分原料成本,导致目前其参与期货的热情不高,MEG期货上市后,则可以配合PTA套保操作,丰富策略。   “从贸易环节来看,由于没有MEG期货,远月交易多采用纸货方式,违约赖单事件频发。期货市场则可以杜绝这一风险,现货商的操作模式与手法也更加多样,期现结合还能够创造更多的机会。” 王述认为,更为重要是,MEG期货的上市还可以使参与群体由产业户拓展到资本市场,更有利于MEG市场的发展。       D“兄弟”同心   加快聚酯产业国际化进程      PTA和MEG是生产聚酯的两大原料。在对聚酯产业链的保驾护航中,也需期货两“兄弟”同心协力。   PTA期货自2006年12月18日上市以来,价格发现和套期保值功能发挥较好,对整个聚酯产业链起到了明显的价格标杆作用。目前整个聚酯产业链不管是买原料还是卖产成品均参照PTA期货价格。   不过,相较于PTA, MEG的价格波动风险更大,下游聚酯企业在生产经营过程中却只有PTA这一个期货品种作为对冲工具,这让市场感到“一条腿走路”的不便。   “没有MEG期货的对冲,聚酯企业对远期的MEG原料成本始终难以锁定,特别是近两年MEG价格跟随油价大幅下跌,聚酯企业的MEG原料库存贬值严重。”王广前说。   在中原期货分析师才亚丽看来,MEG期货上市后,可以丰富聚酯产业链的期货品种序列,为聚酯上下游企业提供更加完备的对冲工具,也可丰富对冲策略。“企业不仅可以单独买入或卖出PTA、MEG进行套期保值业务,也可以进行PTA与MEG之间的对冲。”   “对聚酯企业而言,有了MEG期货,套保的模式将更加丰富,真正实现原料成本风险全覆盖。”王述也认为,为了更好地实现期货服务产业的功能,完善聚酯产业链期货品种序列是非常有必要的。   才亚丽告诉记者,从生产关系上看, PTA和MEG是互补的关系。由于聚酯企业对两者的采购需求是一致的,两者价格多数时间是同涨同跌的关系,可谓荣辱与共。但由于两者面临的供应面不同,有时价格也会出现分道扬镳的情况。“所以,两者的对冲,要更多考虑供应面的因素,根据供应面差异买强抛弱最好。对于聚酯工厂而言,也可以选择相对强势的原料进行买入套保。”   此外,市场人士认为,MEG期货上市可以加快我国聚酯产业链的国际化进程。MEG对外依存度较高,MEG期货上市后可以形成全球性的价格基准标杆,使其定价过程更加公正透明。   版权声明:本网所有内容,凡来源:“期货日报”的所有文字、图片和音视频资料,版权均属期货日报所有,任何媒体、网站或个人未经本网协议授权不得转载、链接、转贴或以其他方式复制发布 发表。已经本网协议授权的媒体、网站,在下载使用时必须注明"稿件来源:期货日报",违者本网将依法追究责任。相关的主题文章:
